Fighting Period Poverty

Periods are a fact of life for girls.

However, for many it can mean serious problems every month with social stigma affecting mental wellbeing, missing out on an education, and potential health risks.

Know Africa are asking for donations of only £3 each month to send one girl in need a complete health kit including sanitary pads, tampons with instructions, and an information booklet to help girls understand the natural process of menstruation and sexual health.
